It provides over 10,000 ppm of available chlorine, making it ideal for sanitising high-risk areas. This versatile powder can be used neat or dissolved in water for various cleaning tasks, offering excellent results in removing bacteria, mould, tannin, and other contaminants from surfaces and equipment.

Instructions for Use:
- Food Preparation Surfaces & Contaminated Areas:
- Sprinkle the powder onto a damp cloth or sponge and wipe the surface until clean.
- Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry.
- Kitchen and Dairy Equipment (Floors and Walls):
- Prepare a 4% solution (40g per litre of warm water).
- Immerse washable equipment, or alternatively, wipe the solution onto equipment and rinse with clean water.
- Allow to air dry.
- Vending Machines:
- Prepare a 1% solution (10g per litre of warm water).
- Immerse removable parts in the solution, or alternatively, wipe the solution onto machine parts and rinse with clean water.
- Allow to air dry.
- Tannin Removal & Cloths:
- Prepare a 1% solution (10g per litre of warm water).
- Immerse crockery or cloths for up to 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Allow to air dry.
- Hand Cleaning of Bulk Milk Tanks:
- Rinse the tank with clean cold water.
- Sprinkle the powder onto the wet tank surfaces and work into a paste with a soft brush.
- Brush the paste over all surfaces, including the paddle, bridge, underside of lids, and outlet.
- Leave for 5 minutes, then rinse with clean cold water.
