Evans Lift Unperfumed Heavy Duty Degreaser - 5 Litre (EV-LIFT5)

Evans Lift is a high-performance, heavy-duty degreaser designed for challenging cleaning tasks in kitchens and food preparation areas. Its unperfumed formula makes it safe for use wherever food is handled, served, or prepared. Highly concentrated and economical, it effectively removes fat, grease, oil, and ingrained soiling from a variety of washable surfaces.

Application:

General Cleaning:

1. Dilute 1:250 parts hot water (20 ml per 5 L).
2. Mop, wipe, or spray the surface.
3. Rinse with clean water.

Heavy Soiling & Grease:

1. Dilute 1:50 parts hot water (100 ml per 5 L).
2. Mop, wipe, or spray the surface.
3. Rinse with clean water.

Deep Fat Fryer Cleaning:

1. Switch off the appliance and drain out oil.
2. Dilute 1:25 parts cold water (400 ml per 10 L).
3. Submerge baskets and utensils in the solution and soak for 2 hours.
4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow to air dry.

Refilling Lift RTU Trigger Spray Bottle:

• Dilute 30 ml per 750 ml cold water (1 dose per 750 ml).
